1 General Introduction

rummy may request identity verification of an account holder at any time. You may be asked to submit a National ID card, passport or other government-issued documents. If the required information is not provided within the specified time, the account will be temporarily suspended.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Account credentials must not be shared with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at rummy is ৳100. Currently accepted methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. When making a deposit, please enter the correct amount and reference number — the platform will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal. Available withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

3.3 Authorised Transactions

You may only deposit and withdraw using a mobile wallet registered in your own name. If transactions are made using a third party's account, the associated funds may be confiscated.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times (wagering 15x) — only then will funds earned from the bonus become withdrawable. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 to meet the wagering requirement.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period and eligibility rules.
• Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, rummy reserves the right to cancel any bonus or investigate the account.

4.3 Promotional Offers

Various time-limited offers are available, including weekly deposit rewards, slots festival bonuses and cricket betting bonuses. Specific terms apply to each offer and will be stated at the time the offer is announced. rummy may change or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

5 Game and Betting Rules

5.1 Game Play Terms

All games and betting activities on rummy are conducted for entertainment purposes. Game outcomes are independent and do not depend on previous results. All slot games have a set RTP (Return to Player) rate, which represents a long-term average.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted or left incomplete due to a technical error, an attempt will be made to refund the bet for that round. However, rummy does not accept full liability for any server-related errors.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The use of any software tools, bots or automated methods in games is strictly prohibited. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage will be treated as fraud and may result in permanent account closure.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

rummy's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver and up to 1.2% at Gold.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week. Example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000 — they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on consistent activity and engagement with the platform.

Cashback is added directly to your account and may be subject to its own wagering requirements. To withdraw cashback as real money, the relevant conditions must be met.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

Detailed rules on the collection, use and protection of users' personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is considered applicable alongside these Terms.

rummy uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions and personal data secure. Your information is not sold to third parties. However, where legally required, relevant information may be provided to the appropriate authorities.

10 Limitation of Liability

rummy provides gaming services on an "as is" basis. The platform's liability is limited for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues or any other external factors. rummy will not be liable for financial losses resulting from losing a game — as game outcomes are independent and entirely dependent on the user's own decisions.

11 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

13 Applicable Law and Final Provisions
